Take time out of your busy life for Yoga and spend time on reviving your body and mind.

My name is Sue and I am incredibly passionate about practicing and teaching Yoga.  My ambition is to teach the best practice for each pose, as well as  breath techniques, which calm the body and mind.

My classes are designed to accommodate all abilities, from beginners to those who have been practicing for a while.

I started learning Yoga over twenty years ago, while I was raising a family, as well as working full time.  I always looked forward to the classes and no matter how busy I was, I found myself making time to go.  The poses and breath techniques I practiced in the classes, left me energised and ready to deal with the challenges of life.

My passion for Yoga increased as the years went on.  When my son went to University, I booked myself on to a Yoga Instructor course.  Once I started training, my love for Yoga grew further and I now thoroughly enjoy teaching others to develop their practice.

The Scout Hall is situated behind the old Scout Hut and has a heated floor for winter classes, good toilet facilities and drinking water available.

There is a small car park directly in front of the building and unrestricted parking on Swindon Road with plenty of spaces available.

Yoga Class in horsham

"I have been attending Sue's Bobble Hat Yoga classes for the last 6 months having had no previous experience of yoga.
The Sunday afternoon sessions have become a real highlight of my week with Sue's calming instruction enabling some perfect 'me time' and setting me up perfectly for the week ahead. Namaste!"

"Being completely new to yoga, i was not sure what to expect but was plesantly surprised. Sue is a calm and welcoming instructor, her classes have a wide range of ages and are tailored for all abilities. I've found the yoga has helped my back pain and posture and also enabled me to enjoy my other sports much more."

"As a mum, wife and learning mentor at a local school, I was only too aware of the countless benefits of yoga but hadn't particularly practised the discipline apart from giving it the occasional go in the sunshine on holiday.  Sue's very natural calming approach accentuates self care and promotes the importance of wellbeing on top of which I've noticed my balance and flexibility improving.  I thoroughly look forward to each session as it's a wonderful way of relaxing, resetting and preparing for the week ahead."
